  5. Cancellation by Us We may cancel orders due to product availability issues, inaccuracies, or defects. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded.

  6. Credit Card Details You must provide accurate credit card information. Unauthorized use of credit cards is your responsibility. We will not be liable for credit card fraud.

  7. Delivery We insure purchases during transit and require a signature upon delivery. Responsibility for goods passes upon delivery to the carrier.

  8. Customization Offer Customizations are limited and non-refundable. Thevcchiconline.co.in reserves the right to cancel customization offers without notice.

  9. Equipment Users are responsible for their equipment and any charges related to accessing the Website. The Company is not liable for equipment damage.

  10. Colors & Other Details Color accuracy may vary by monitor. Users are responsible for any issues related to color bleeding and garment care.

  11. International Returns We do not offer exchanges or returns on orders. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours.

  12. Risk of Loss Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  13. Shipping. Shipping addresses must be provided correctly; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
